Snow-Line Orchards and Winery

Snow-Line Orchards occupies one of Oak Glen's most storied parcels — the original 1898 Apple Shed still anchors the property, its weathered timbers and corrugated roof carrying more than a century of harvest seasons. California's oldest chestnut tree stands nearby, a living landmark that draws history buffs and photographers alike every autumn.

The orchard has grown well beyond its original footprint. Today's offerings span three flavors of fresh-pressed apple cider, a hard cider and wine tasting room pouring small-batch varietals from the estate's own fruit, and the ever-popular Apple Cider Mini-Donuts — hot, crisp, and dusted in cinnamon sugar. In season, guests can pick their own raspberries in the berry fields or take home several varieties of freshly bagged apples.

The antiques and gifts room inside the historic shed rounds out the visit with locally made keepsakes and seasonal décor. Snow-Line is one of those rare places where every visit turns up something new — a bottle you haven't tried, a variety you haven't tasted, a corner of the property you haven't explored.
